Need help - cant remember which game it was

I can not for the life of me remember which game it was that I played on the dreamcast. It was a 3d fighting game and one of the moves was stabbing your opponent with your weapon and it would stay in them and they would slowly bleed to death. I could almost swear it was Soul Calibur but its not it. Though thinking about it it could of been MK Gold. Does anyone have any idea with fighting game I am thinking of for the dreamcast?

Never played a game on the DC that you could do that in. I have soul calibur, that's definitely not it. It could be MK Gold though, I've never played that and it sounds like something you would be able to do in an MK game.
