Hey guys,
I just bought a Geforce 6600 GT ($120 after rebate, great value I think) with dual dvi. I hooked up two identical monitors to it and I'm having trouble with the 2nd one. The second display is always distorted, I can barely seem an image, but the colors and are off and the resolution is 4x larger. I guessing the settings for the monitor frequency are off.
So I swapped the 1st and 2nd monitors and I'm still having the same problem. Any idea how to fix this? Both monitors say they are operating at 60Khz which is in the safe range according to my manual. I don't think this is a driver issue because it works fine depending on which monitor is plugged into the first spot.
Edit: I just tried it with a CRT monitor and even that is having the same problems. So I'm guessing the card might be bad.
