I would recommend (http://www.zophar.net) to get all of the winamp plug-ins needed to play: gameboy, nes, and snes soundtracks. They do, as well, have hundreds of soundtracks to download on that site, and if they don't have it, there are links provided. There are also methods in which you can pre-fade and tag songs. Winamp has an output plug-in as well that will allow you to make decent-quality mp3s out of those soundtracks.
